2. Package Selection: Our Outsourcing Specialist will offer guidance on selecting the ideal Virtual Assistant for your needs and present you with the available package options. We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time Virtual Assistants, and the pricing will vary based on the specific type of Virtual Assistant you require.

3.Recruitment: Once we have a clear understanding of the task and the desired qualities of the Virtual Assistant, we will commence interviews with candidates who meet your criteria. From these interviews, we will compile a shortlist of suitable options for your consideration. Typically, this process takes approximately one week, but we can expedite it based on your specific requirements.

4.Interview: After the compilation of the shortlist, you have the opportunity to choose and endorse the candidates you wish to interview. We strongly advise our clients to conduct video conference calls with the Virtual Assistant during the evaluation process for the position.

5.Hiring: Once you indicate your readiness, we will proceed with the recruitment of the Virtual Assistant and guide them through the onboarding, orientation, and setup processes.
